Order Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment and cannot be edited.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

All orders $100 and over (after any discounts have been applied and before tax) ship for free via via USPS. Any orders under $100 will be quoted by USPS based on the order weight and ship-to location.

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipping via USPS. Orders weighing under 1 lb. ship via USPS First Class, unless USPS Priority Mail is selected during checkout. Orders weighing 1 lb. or more ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Where can you ship to?

Due to shipping restrictions and regulations, we are only able to ship within the contiguous US. We are also unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or to freight forwarders. If you place an order that meets any of these qualifications, it will be canceled.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) after being placed. Please note that during times of high order volume, such as during a sale or new product launch, processing time may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it will usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Revercel. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and include a copy of your receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and products to get started.

Are Revercel products tested on animals?

All of our products are cruelty free. We do not and will not test on animals.

Do Revercel products contain parabens?

All of our products are paraben free.
